Empowering dreams, transforming lives HARDS entrepreneurship program is designed to uplift individuals from underserved communities by equipping them with the skills, resources, and mentorship needed to start and grow their own businesses. Through training, access to micro-finance, and market linkages, we are nurturing local talent and fostering sustainable economic growth, enabling people to break the cycle of poverty and build a better future for themselves and their families.” This project aims to combat child labour by fostering entrepreneurship and sustainable livelihoods among vulnerable families in Lahore cantonment area by equipping parents and youth with the tools, training, and capital needed to start and grow small businesses, we aim to reduce the economic pressure that forces children into labour. Our initiative combines vocational training, microfinance, monthly cash stipend to the parents of working children, mentorship, and community education to build long-term resilience and opportunity.

Project Objectives

  • Reduce child labour by creating economic alternatives for families.
  • Train parents and at-risk youth in entrepreneurial skills and business management.
  • To generate more mentors for other depressed youth and child labour.
  • To establish a dignified, skilled, and educated nation.

Target Group

Vulnerable families with children involved in or at risk of child labour. Youth (ages 5–16) at risk of economic exploitation. Local communities in Lahore city affected by high rates of poverty and child labour. This is also because of the youth migrate from rural areas to urban areas and they grab the educational and Jobs opportunities from the youth living in the urban areas and this effect mostly the minority youth whom are already living below the poverty line.
